ORGANIC WASTE CONVERTER

It involves the process in which micro organisms’ converts’ organic waste into compost. The compost looks like dry soil & is an excellent medium for growing plants. The entire process is aerobic, natural & biological.

Our special Microorganisms thrive in high temperature and are effective even in high acidic or salty conditions. OWC has a ‘U-shaped’ composting tank, with a humidity sensor, heater, mixing blades and an exhaust system. When organic waste is added to it, moisture is sensed by the humidity sensor, due to which the heater turns ON and the composting tank gets heated.

At the same time, our special microorganisms then decompose the Organic waste into compost and this happens within 24 hours. That's how we achieve 85-90% volume reduction. The process is completely noiseless as there is no crushing or grinding involved.

Removal & use of compost
  • When the waste has converted into manure (powder) within 24 hours change the mode from Auto to Manure.
  • Open the compost removal door to remove the manure.
  • Remove the compost only till shaft level or 30%. It necessary to maintain this level for effective composting of future compost.
  • Collect the compost in a bag or bin. The compost is ready to use for your plants after a day.
  • After removing the compost please change the mode from manual to Auto & close the compost removal door.
Using the compost:
  • To use the compost it must be mixed with soil or leaves in the ratio of 1:5 or 1:10.
  • You can also mature the compost by mixing with leaves and soil and storing it for few days in a cool dry place.

NOVOTO BIO AMPOULE

This Novoto Bio Ampoule is a Biogas reactor design based on compact container reactors, which are built from prefabricated modules. They require less surface area, enable quick “plug-in” installation and startup, and are easy to scale up. The process is continuously operated and fully automated. Anaerobic digestion process is based on plug and play flow operation in horizontal container which is available on 20ft and 40 ft. Compact modular reactor structure, which is easy to scale up if needed.
