OUR PRODUCT - #1 Sewage Treatment Plant

The Sewage Treatment Plant process is similar to the way that a Septic Tank works but mechanical components provide a process to help break down solids to produce a cleaner, more environmentally friendly effluent. The treatment system consist of pre-treatment for removal of floating & gritty materials, primary treatment for removal of settle able solids and secondary treatment for removal of dissolved organic matter contributing to COD/BOD. In few cases tertiary treatment is also introduced for getting the polished effluent for reuse, comprising of filtration, hardness removal, ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis system depending upon the specification and use. Anaerobic digestion facilities are also provided for the treatment of sludge can be handled on dewatering centrifuge / belt filters and sludge drying beds.

Effluent treatment Plant is one of the waste water treatment which is particularly designed to purify the industrial waste water for its reuse and its aim to release safe water to environment.

OUR PRODUCT - #3 ULTRA FILTRATION

Ultra filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which forces like pressure or concentration gradients lead to a separation of suspended solids and removable organic materials through a semi permeable membrane. This separation process is used for purifying macromolecular 103 - 106 Daltons.

Ultra Filtration treatment comes under the below situations.

  • Post Treatment of STP & ETP
  • Pre-treatment for Reverse Osmosis
OUR PRODUCT - #4 REVERSE OSMOSIS

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semi permeable membrane to remove larger particles from drinking water. It can remove many types of dissolved and suspended species from water, including bacteria, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water.

OUR PRODUCT - #5 DM Plant

Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. The following ions are widely found in raw water.

Cation  - Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium etc.

Anion  - Chloride, Bicarbonate, Nitrate, Carbonate etc.

Standard plants are skid mounted with a plant capacity 5-15 m3/hr for small and medium size industries such as textile, pharmaceuticals & chemical etc. for generation of steam or process water.

The package comprises combination of various units depending upon the water quality requirement and may include:

  • Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) / Dual media filter (DMF)/ Activated Carbon Filter(ACF)
  • Up flow packed column cation/anion exchanger
  • Chemical doser
  • Filtration
  • Demineralisation with cation / anion / mixed bed exchangers with counter current mode regeneration system
  • Degasser system
  • Chemical dosing system
  • Combination of DM and RO plant can be worked out if the feed water dissolved solids exceeds 600 to 800 mg/lit.
