CPC was founded in the year 2010 with a clear motive of providing solutions & services for process industries. We wanted to set a clear differentiation in the market for providing amicable & affordable solutions to our clients.
The Process control & Instrumentation (PCI) Division of CPC caters to Measurement and Automation needs for process industries. Having a manufacturing facility located at Chennai, the PCI division manufactures and supplies flowmeters, level transmitters and ancillary system components to the global market.

ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOWMETER
The new CET200F Mag Flowmeter comes with various upgraded futures. the Flowmeter can be generally divided into two parts. The sensor performs the work of measuring the fluid medium and the transmitter interprets the measured value and indicates us in a readable format. our new “CET200F”is no different in this. it has two major parts the sensor and the transmitter. what makes “CET200F” is the different categorical sensors we provide to cater to the market segments we operate unlike the opposition in our tier segment. this is the new blend we bring into the market to be more superior on technicality as well as price competitive in our market segment

ULTRASONIC FLOWMETER
The CPT200F and CCT100F are one of a kind non-contact flow measurement used for Applications where flow measurement is possible without interruption or cutting of pipe lines. These devices works based on transit time principle.

OVAL GEAR FLOW METER (OGFM-COT 100F)
Our COT 100F Oval gear flow meters are designed for high viscous fluids measurement. The application of these flow meters include flow metering of oils, syrups and fuels.Our specified design measuring cavity wall resulting the oval meter to be less affected by liquid’s viscosity and lubricity.minimizes the slippage between the gears.

HELICAL FLOWMETER
A Helical meter has a progressive cavity design which can measure higher flow rates and higher viscosities because of its naturally lower pressure drop.

- Available with optional output: 2.5 Vdc/5 TO 24 Vdc, Reed switch with Pick up coil

TURBINE FLOWMETER
A turbine flow meter is a volume sensing device. As liquid through the turbine housing, it causes the freely suspended turbine blades to rotate. The velocity of the turbine rotor is directly proportional to the velocity of the fluid passing through the flow meter.
